Paulina Sobolewska

Paulina is a former MVP of the Polish U18 Championships and multi-time national champion with LTS Legionovia Legionowo. In 2017, she began her U.S. career at Lindsey Wilson College, where she was named MSC Freshman of the Year, earned First Team All-Mid-South Conference honors, and helped the Blue Raiders achieve a perfect 35–0 season to win the NAIA National Championship. She later transferred to Arkansas State University, where she competed at the NCAA Division I level and continued to excel both on the court and in the classroom.

Paulina graduated with a B.Sc in Supply Chain Management and later earned her Master's Degree in Business equipping her with both athletic and academic credentials. Having navigated transfers, eligibility rules, and cultural adaptation herself, she brings a unique perspective to mentoring. Today, Paulina is dedicated to guiding athletes and families through the recruiting process, helping them combine their passion for sports with a world-class education in the United States.

Karolina Szydłowska

Gosia Andersohn

Gosia began her career as a setter for KS Pałac Bydgoszcz and the Polish junior national team before moving to the U.S. to compete in NCAA Division I volleyball team. She represented Arkansas State, Stephen F. Austin, Delaware State, and East Tennessee State. Known for her precision and leadership, she became an NCAA statistical leader in service aces and won a MEAC championship during her career. Then in her last year of eligibility at East Tennessee State, she even competed in track and field, finishing third in the SoCon conference in javelin and shot put.

She holds a B.Sc. in Kinesiology and an M.Sc. in Sport Science, combining academic expertise with years of athletic experience. Gosia has worked with university teams and MLB athletes, and currently serves as a strength and conditioning coach at Mars Hill University, as well as a weightlifting coach preparing athletes for U.S. championships. Her passion lies in empowering student-athletes to maximize their physical potential while balancing academics and sport.

Karolina represented Poland at every youth national basketball level before pursuing her career in the United States. Over five years, she played for three universities, starting at junior college and then moved to NCAA Division I. She spent two seasons at Arkansas State University before transferring to Tarleton State, where she completed her career at the highest collegiate level. Her outstanding play earned her All-American Honorable Mention honors during her sophomore year thanks to her individual stats and her team’s record-breaking success.

Karolina graduated with a B.Sc. in Business, combining her athletic career with academic achievement. Beyond basketball, she grew a large TikTok following by sharing the behind-the-scenes reality of student-athlete life in the U.S., inspiring thousands of young athletes. Today, she uses her platform and personal experience to mentor others, showing them how sport can open the door to education, growth, and new opportunities.
